Vision is a picture held in your mind's eye of the way things could or should be in the days ahead. Its difficult to separate leadership from vision. Leaders are not satisfied with maintaining status quo.

Once a leader loses his lead and events force him to act, he is not leading, he is reacting. People needs leaders to give them hope - a picture of where they should go.
Be a leader with visions.
