I wanna be a policewoman

I was filling up my tank at the petrol station just now when a police car drove in. It's amazing how innocent bystander *me la* tend to squirm and panic and thoughts starts running through my mind thinking and most of the time imagining the number of laws that I have broken which I did not even do; whenever we see flashing blue lights or a white car with the word "POLICE" driving pass. It doesn't really matter if we did something wrong or nothing at all.. I guess is the fear instilled in us since we old enough to understand it..

Anyway, this police car drove in and I realized how deep shit our country is in. Firstly, the police man was talking on the handphone. I could tell by the way he adjusted the handphone to his mouth then to his ear then back again to his mouth. I can guarantee that if I was to do that, I will received 2 summons. Summon No.1 = for talking/ using my handphone while I'm driving. Summon No.2 = Using a handphone in a petrol station.. The law of the country says that we are not allowed to use our handphone while driving as we cannot fully concentrate *even though everyone knows that woman CAN multitask*, and in every petrol station, there are signs all over saying that we will be fine (summon) for using handphones within its vicinity. So does this mean that this law is only applicable to us,  normal citizens and that the blue-uniformed people are immune from it? And they are suppose to be our law-enforcer??? Helloooo??? I have yet to see a police car being stopped by another police for speeding, lousy parking or talking on the handphone while driving. I will salute the police if he/ she will do it..

I'm a positive person. I love my country. I'm the type of person that will sit back and believe that there is a good in everyone instead of condemning them for the decision they make. And I believe that its only some small rotten apples that gave my country a bad reputation. I believe somewhere out there, there are brave people who will stand by justice and for doing what is right. I'm waiting for that time to come...

I love Malaysia...

but I hate double standards...
